I am not a wine maker, nor a viticulturist  but I certainly know what type of wine I like. In 2017 I challenged myself to become a wine producer, obtain a licence and create the type of wines I love to drink by engaging some of those at the highest level of the wine industry to help realise my goal.

The journey was fun, educational and inspiring. Along the way we created two cracking wines of exceptional quality.

Whats next?

A French style Rose' and we are on the hunt for the perfect fruit to give us the Adelaide Hills' most bold Shiraz.
